Vilpatti Village Project (VVP)

The Villpatti Village Project is situated in the elevation of Kodaikanal hills. This project has adopted 10 hamlets with the population of 10,000. The project has been established in a remote village (7-kms. from Kodaikanal town) to concentrate on child centered activities thereby meeting the needs of the community.

Objectives:

• To provide pre-school care and training to the poor children in the community between the age group of 2-5 years
• To avail more employment opportunity for destitute women
• To educate children on physical, mental, social and spiritual well being
• To attend the basic health needs of children
