Supplementary Education facilitator: A skilled person who could handle children in the age group of 6 to 17 years and could teach subjects like English, Maths, Science, Social studies and Tamil. The volunteer should be in any of the above-mentioned subjects. The volunteer should be child friendly and an attitude to work with the children. The volunteer should be a graduate in any one or more of the above-mentioned subjects. If an overseas volunteer wish to apply, he/she could teach English and help the local teacher in other subjects.

Crèche facilitator: A skilled person who could handle children in the age group of 2 to 5 years in the crèche. The volunteer should be child friendly and an attitude to work with the children.

Skills educator: A skilled lively youth who could handle children in the age group of 2 to 18 years in these projects. The volunteer should be child friendly and an attitude to work with the children. The volunteer should have skills on art, craft, music, sports, story telling, dance etc. and should be able to teach any of these skills to the children in these projects.

Documentation Officer: A skilled person who could document the activities, reports and case studies of children in the projects and the administration office. The volunteer should be child friendly and an attitude to work with the children. The volunteer should have skills in documentation like one who could read and write in English, feed the information in the Computer and maintain in hard and electronic copy.
